Wow that could be really cool. Gardening would fascinate him, particularly the part where the plants actually grow, watching that progress. It's kind of similar to crystals, except that plants are living organisms. I headcanon that he's been on alien worlds with organic life before, while the Circle was looking for a place to settle, but never with much time to really explore or understand it.
The sheer complexity of cooking would boggle the hell out of him. Cybertronians have found all sorts of ways to form energon into eating or drinking experiences: beverages, sticks (like Pocky), snack-sized cubes, I KID YOU NOT sushi rolls, and with different grades or flavors, but I cannot imagine that it comes anywhere close to the variety organic food has.
