Here's some prompts to help you get started, if you need it:

Option 1

[The mid-summer rays are beginning to subside at last, giving way to a few cooler breezes here and there as the sun begins to set and the moons rise in the sky. So what does that mean? Well, for the locals, it means it's time to begin preparations for the autumnal festival! The reds, oranges, and yellows take on a more rustic tone in the streets as the venders set up their outdoor marketplace stands, selling all kinds of treats and delicacies. From fresh corn and pretzels, to strange fruits that may look like those from home (although different in color, not taste), these vendors seem to have it all! Though in a few stands, it seems as though there are snacks and desserts meant to be split in two or shared with another. They also seem to be very fond of giving discounts to couples... Oh, my...]

Option 2

[Everything on the riverbank seems to be the norm for every other day: Vendors renting out innertubes for two, others selling ice cream and watermelon during the still warm days, and even a few water balloons still being tossed around or kept hidden nearby. At night, however, there seems to be a gathering at the water's edge as some hold little paper lanterns, aglow with small candles inside them as they gleam golden in the moonlight. The locals say that wishing on them as you let them float into the air brings you good luck, and makes that wish come true. But that's just a silly rumor, isn't it? At least it's pretty, along with the small candles floating on the water's surface...]

Option 3

[It doesn't matter where you are or what you were doing. All that matters is you've suddenly been hit with the chills (or did the temperature suddenly skyrocket?) and they don't seem to be going away just yet. Yep. Those wacky scientists seem to be at it again... At least it should pass soon, but whether it be chills or being far too hot, maybe you should...find someone else with this problem. After all, even the face of the medical community says that it will only be fixed by hugging or holding someone's hand.]

Option 4

[Whoops. Looks like you haven't taken the cautionary words of the other NPCs to heart, or maybe you just wanted to take your chances. Either way, the withdrawal symptoms have started and you need to find someone to hug quickly before you get even more sick.]

Option 5

[If there's something else you wanted to play with, that you didn't see here, then have fun with that. You've just arrived in a strange city, after all. There's got to be plenty to explore out and about, not to mention people to meet.]

[He sort of recoils at that, given that Blurr's mouth is moving, and he's acting a lot more human than robot.

And the pace which he talked made Duo have to pause to catch up.]

Change in temperature? Huh? [Okay, just going to accept the robot thing for a minute.]

Do you not feel it? There was a drastic drop only a few kliks ago. I was beginning to believe that the lack of reaction from anyone else meant that this was a common occurrence here, but if you don't feel it and I do--[His foot starts fidgeting as he talks, finding it difficult to stay still.]--and nothing seems to be immediately wrong with my systems, then perhaps it isn't common after all.

How daft are you? Gawds.

[The shouting has attracted the notice of a redhead nearby, clad in rather medieval-looking armor, a sword leaned against the table beside her. She rolls her eyes, looking incredibly imposed-upon, and makes a dismissive little motion in Draco's direction. Normally, she'd leave someone like that to deal with things on their own, but the yelling is interrupting her own dessert, and she's none too happy about it.]

You got the same package as the rest of us, right? They gave you keys and a card, and some placating letter.

[She flicks a pigtail over her shoulder and scoffs.]

I hope you kept that card- it's got money on it, and you can use it to pay for things- like that tart, for starters.

You don't have any food allergies, do you?

[ Yay, now that she's actually caught up to Homura's side, she can speak to her like she's a person and not shout at her back. ]

Nuts? Do you like nuts or cherries? I kind of like cherries, but mama gets sour with me when I won't spit out the stems.

[items of which that Draco paid little attention to in the frenzy of his initial arrival, since he was quite panicked—and later forgot about. normally, Draco's a bit more bright... but actually, that's more in books than anything.

his pale skin piteously gives away his embarrassment that he hides behind a taught expression, his ears burning bright pink, stark against his platinum hair. Draco tries not to stammer, stubbornly refusing to admit to his blunder.]

Well, I didn't do anything with them. I've still got them, just—[Draco looks this strange girl up and down. certainly rather done up for the nature of this town, as far as Draco understands...]—not on me.

Who are you?

[the vendor raises his voice to remind Draco if his owed fee, and he raises a hand dismissively in his direction to listen to this girl's answer.]

[like he fears a demon! ...well, okay. maybe he fears demons. but he has no idea such a cute little kid is a demon. yet]

I'm a country, or, rather, the embodiment of a country. My name is England. [perhaps you've heard of me]

[That left no doubt in his mind that this guy was a genuine sentient robot. Disbelief successfully suspended.]

Not getting that, seems about normal t'me. But if we're talkin' cold you probably have a cooling malfunction. That's my first instinct.

No, I do not have any allergies.

[At least, she didn't now. Again, Homura blinks twice.]

I won't tell if you don't spit them out.

Uuuuugh, why is it always when I'm around that things like this happen?

[Again, the put-upon expression, and she presses a hand to her forehead in a show of theatrics. She's not actually that angry though, just irritated- but if she's going to wind up playing good samaritan, she's going to get her money's worth out of it.]

Who am I? I'm the person who's going to save you a night of dishwashing and manual labor, that's who I am.

[A scoff, and she leans back in her chair, bringing up a small plastic card from one of the pouches at her waist and holding it up.]

But if I do, you're going to owe me. Understand?

[ribbow]

[ Aha! ] I knew it, Homura-chan is the best friend anyone can ever ask for!

[ Just twists that dagger in a little deeper. ]

Oh, but don't tell Sayaka-chan I said that... She'd probably pick a fight with you in my honor, but she's a good girl too!

[erasponsible]

[It hurts. She can't stop her hands from balling to fists for a brief moment, but they uncurl expertly as she turns to a nearby stand trying to give cupcakes away. Its an easy distraction from the conversation, at least.

She looks back over her shoulder tentatively at Madoka.]

These have cherries on them.

[Draco doesn't like the sound of that. he eyes the card—mysterious thing, that—and then the girl.]

Supposing I take you up on such a favor, what sort of thing am I going to owe you? Are these stakes going to be fair?

I don't want to owe you my life over a tart. [which he gestures to somewhat incredulously.]

[Oh, a guy who knows a bit about bots? Convenient. Consider Blurr's interest piqued.]

My scans aren't reporting any internal abnormalities, but it may be worth looking into on the off chance they're also malfunctioning. [He did exert himself much more than usual before arriving, so it wasn't out of the question.]

Do you know if there are any places here someone like me could receive medical treatment?

You found something with cherries on them that quick? Maybe I have future-telling powers as well!

[ After saying that, she pauses to give a wary glance to make sure no one heard that. Oops. ]

S-Sorry, everyone else is so open about what they can do that I forgot it was our little secret.

[Homura forces a sigh in Madoka's direction, as if to display some exaggeration. It isn't entirely convincing.]

It would be wise to keep it that way. You wouldn't want others to worry needlessly.

What's there to worry about? There are no witches here.

[ Which means Madoka isn't going to go off into battle anytime soon. She's too much of a scaredy-cat to do that (unless of course a cat is in danger). ]

[Homura frowns pointedly. Now she looks a little annoyed.]

You still possess a Soul Gem.

[--no, that's probably too much information for right now, so she adds:]

We may have not seen a witch yet, but that does not mean they cannot appear.

You don't need a doctor, you need a mechanic. Just pop the hood, would ya?

[ribbow]

[ Good call. Madoka doesn't quite understand what she means by pointing out the Soul Gem, but she'll hold up her hand with the ring on it. ]

Yes, but without witches to fight... it'll be alright?

[ Her uncertainty comes out in her tone strong. Why was Homura bringing that up? ]

[He's not cute! He'll mess you up! D|]

H-huh..?

[Now he's really confused.]

How can you embody a country?

[So so curious now]

[Said too much. She blinks slowly, weighing the pros and cons of honesty before she turns back around to face Madoka head on.]

I merely meant that we should not let our guard down just yet.

[Her head tilts.]

Do you feel unwell?

[stillbeatingspark]

[Yes, that's what he mea--oh uh.]

Not to sound ungrateful for the offer, but do you have any experience with Cybertronian machinery?

Um, I'm just wondering what will happen if we're unable to collect Grief seeds.

[ If anything, there's one person between them that can be honest. ]

We'll lose the ability to fight, won't we?

"Uh-huh." He nods, remembering his own interest in all the new stuff that's appeared around here, with the latening of the year. Before long they'll be catching up with the date back home, he thinks, though it's hard to be sure when that was.

"There's no special qualification for having lunch, around here."

Whatduya mean? Never heard of that, but then again this place isn't exactly normal.
