Here's some prompts to help you get started, if you need it:

Option 1

[The mid-summer rays are beginning to subside at last, giving way to a few cooler breezes here and there as the sun begins to set and the moons rise in the sky. So what does that mean? Well, for the locals, it means it's time to begin preparations for the autumnal festival! The reds, oranges, and yellows take on a more rustic tone in the streets as the venders set up their outdoor marketplace stands, selling all kinds of treats and delicacies. From fresh corn and pretzels, to strange fruits that may look like those from home (although different in color, not taste), these vendors seem to have it all! Though in a few stands, it seems as though there are snacks and desserts meant to be split in two or shared with another. They also seem to be very fond of giving discounts to couples... Oh, my...]

Option 2

[Everything on the riverbank seems to be the norm for every other day: Vendors renting out innertubes for two, others selling ice cream and watermelon during the still warm days, and even a few water balloons still being tossed around or kept hidden nearby. At night, however, there seems to be a gathering at the water's edge as some hold little paper lanterns, aglow with small candles inside them as they gleam golden in the moonlight. The locals say that wishing on them as you let them float into the air brings you good luck, and makes that wish come true. But that's just a silly rumor, isn't it? At least it's pretty, along with the small candles floating on the water's surface...]

Option 3

[It doesn't matter where you are or what you were doing. All that matters is you've suddenly been hit with the chills (or did the temperature suddenly skyrocket?) and they don't seem to be going away just yet. Yep. Those wacky scientists seem to be at it again... At least it should pass soon, but whether it be chills or being far too hot, maybe you should...find someone else with this problem. After all, even the face of the medical community says that it will only be fixed by hugging or holding someone's hand.]

Option 4

[Whoops. Looks like you haven't taken the cautionary words of the other NPCs to heart, or maybe you just wanted to take your chances. Either way, the withdrawal symptoms have started and you need to find someone to hug quickly before you get even more sick.]

Option 5

[If there's something else you wanted to play with, that you didn't see here, then have fun with that. You've just arrived in a strange city, after all. There's got to be plenty to explore out and about, not to mention people to meet.]

Yay! [She nods, getting ready to let go of the lantern.]

One...!

[And right on the last number,]

[And time to let the lantern fly into the sky.]

[Once they've released the lantern, Nanako takes Yu's hand, squeezing it as she finally made her wish. She follows the lantern's ascent until it joined the others floating to the sky.]

I hope everyone's wishes come true.

I know they will.

[He returns the squeeze as he watches all the floating lights start their ascent. And how does Yu know this? Well...he has faith after all.]

Mm!

[Nanako has faith, too. She watched the sky until she couldn't tell which one was hers anymore. The little girl turned to her big brother, whispering:]

I'm glad that Big Bro is here with me.

[He wanted to hug her right then and there. He didn't care about being in a different world, just as long as he wasn't alone anymore and that she was safe. Yu could be content with just that.

He didn't need to tell her how glad he was that she was here; just by the expression on his face alone spoke volumes.]

[She returns the smile, happy that they could be together, even though they weren't in Inaba anymore. Nanako leans forward to kiss his cheek, wrapping her arms around her brother to give him the biggest hug she could muster.]

I love you, Big Bro.

[He needed that so much and didn't need to wait for a response. Wrapping his arms around her, he had a genuine smile and whispered to her.]

I love you too.

[Nanako giggles, holding on to Yu tighter, nuzzling him. She wishes that this moment could last forever.

Unfortunately, all that excitement was bound to tucker her out soon or later. Big Brother, you may hear a yawn coming from little sis and attempting to hide it by burying her face into his shoulder.]

[Alright kiddo, he hears that. As much as it's nice and pretty to see all the floating lights, he knows that Nanako is tired. He's silent, letting his little sister sleep as he started heading back to the apartment.

Yes, he's truly content here.]

Well, okay. She's pretty much content herself, sighing and nuzzling Yu in her sleep as they make their apartment. Someone is going to have very good dreams tonight.]
