By nature (and vocation) he's a very active person, which means training, working out, running around picking up every odd job he can find, and generally being high maintenance irritating and nosy all over the place. With occasional moping interspersed, though he mostly keeps that to himself. He's also been a little forgetful about keeping in touch with people (in the literal sense), but he's not contact shy in the least, so anybody in need of a hand is welcome to look him up, as well. Or get harassed by him because gosh people take care of yourselves (hypocrisy).
