I've been wondering that myself. You were awake at the time, right? Do you remember feeling anything strange?
[This 'rat' was probably a little bit more aware of his surroundings at the time than he was, anyhow.]
I've teleported before, but I don't think that's what happened here. Pretty sure I'd remember something like that, and it doesn't happen that quickly.
