Fortuna doesn't look like she belongs to this place. Eight feet tall, horns and pointed ears, long black coat (most of her clothes are black, actually), a pair of robots behind her, and a look in her eyes that says she's seen things, unlikely things to be seen in such a place.

So of course it would be someone like her who speaks up about the way he's acting.
