Welcome to the Rekindle Test Drive! Trying to see if a character will fit or work in the setting? Need some interaction samples? Well this meme is for you! Make a post, tag around, and most importantly, have fun! Here's the setting page for those who want to learn a little more about the city itself. Then don't forget to go reserve your character in a week when they open. Here's some prompts to help you get started, if you need it: Option 1 [With summer coming, the water level in the river is starting to go down, exposing some of the riverbank. The Riverside Shack is open late, and its restaurant is pulling out all the stops and offering seafood specials (even though a river is a far cry from an ocean). The rental store, meanwhile, is finally bringing out more of its swimming supplies, inner tubes and pool noodles, and a calmer stretch of the river has been roped off with buoys for swimming. They even have lifeguards chairs set up. Clearly this sort of thing used to be an annual event. It's not quite an ocean beach (quite different actually), but there's still plenty of chance to have fun in the water. Or teach someone to swim, perhaps.] Option 2 [With a new district available to the public, there are new places to visit. However there are also questions with each new arrival. One may find themselves headed for Saeng Seong's town hall and government buildings in search of answers. Whether it be more reasons for why they're here, or simply looking for an attorney to sue the unnamed scientists that brought you here. (However, they may be slightly prejudiced to this one. You've been warned.)] Option 3 [There are certainly a lot of different options for shopping in the city. Perhaps one of the more interesting and eclectic of these options, however, is the outdoor Marketplace in District 3. All sorts of fresh food stalls line the large open area, with different aisles that can be walked down. There's food of all kinds here - fruits, diary, vegetables, and so on and so forth. Some of it will likely be familiar, but other kinds may be so foreign as to be unrecognizable - a orange, seemingly hollow kind of fruit with holes like swiss cheese, for example, or salad greens with leaves the size of heads of pins. You are on a different world, after all. So wander the marketplace! Discover something new! And perhaps meet other curious people such as yourself...] Option 4 [Whoops. Looks like you haven't taken the cautionary words of the other NPCs to heart, or maybe you just wanted to take your chances. Either way, the withdrawal symptoms have started and you need to find someone to hug quickly before you get even more sick.] Option 5 [If there's something else you wanted to play with, that you didn't see here, then have fun with that. You've just arrived in a strange city, after all. There's got to be plenty to explore out and about, not to mention people to meet.]

::If there were a bush nearby, perhaps it would have rustled with Prussia's approach. As it was, he had spotted Italy a few minutes ago, and was now hiding behind a cabbage vendor's cart -much to said man's consternation- to spy on the cute Mediterranean. And yes, somehow a leaf of cabbage was stuck in his hair.

Before he could leap out to capture Italy in a hug... Italy sneezed! Oh no! Cute little Itachen was sick!

He sprung into action! Cabbages rolled everywhere! But no matter, he was going to protect Italy!::

Itachen! Are you okay? Here, have a tissue! ::Prussia produced a slightly crumpled handkerchief from his pocket -along with a button, some bird treats, and a binder clip- and offered it to Italy. Ignore the bits of seed clinging to it...::

[ Prussia almost had his chance to surprise Italy. The sneeze surprised Italy more when he was feeling alright before. When Prussia stepped out of the cabbages Italy could only think of a stall owner calling over them and then probably yelling at the awesome Country. Italy stares at the handkerchief a wide smile spreading his lips as he takes it from him. ]

Prussia! Ciao! Thank you. [ Italy carefully uses the handkerchief as he minds the seeds. It was very thoughtful of him! Also bird seeds? Where was Prussia's bird? After he's finished he hands it back to him. Italy, however, now being close just gives the other a big huge hug. ] What were you hiding from?

::If there was any yelling, he was blithely ignoring it. He was far too awesome to care about some scattered leafy greens! Even if a cabbage leaf was still stuck in his hair, because it was apparently impossible for him to sneak around without getting foliage stuck to him.::

Hiding from? The awesome me doesn't hide from anything! I was just practising my incredible stealth strategies! ::Read: He was stalking your adorable butt, Italy. Like the creeper he is. And now he's being especially cuddly, because Italy hugs are some of the best!:: What're you up to?

[ Italy pulls away to pluck the cabbage leaf from Prussia's hair in hopes that the little bird might be underneath. He just let's it drop from his fingertips as he smiles brightly. ] I wanted to make pasta! I need to go out and buy the ingredients first. There wasn't much at my apartment!

[ He seems to start feeling much better after hugging the other. Although another small sneeze comes surprising him only a little before continuing to stare at Prussia. ] What are you doing?
