her would love to talk about magic. it's in his blood, though he is unable to use it here. :c also, a lot of the other countries don't understand his magic or fear it, so he always likes to find fellow magic-users. hehe. i think it'll be some cute CR if he can get past his prickliness.

though he's pretty good around citizens because he loves them so much. and once he finds out who she is... man. watch out. he will love!
