Here's some prompts to help you get started, if you need it:

Option 1

[With summer coming, the water level in the river is starting to go down, exposing some of the riverbank. The Riverside Shack is open late, and its restaurant is pulling out all the stops and offering seafood specials (even though a river is a far cry from an ocean). The rental store, meanwhile, is finally bringing out more of its swimming supplies, inner tubes and pool noodles, and a calmer stretch of the river has been roped off with buoys for swimming. They even have lifeguards chairs set up. Clearly this sort of thing used to be an annual event.

It's not quite an ocean beach (quite different actually), but there's still plenty of chance to have fun in the water. Or teach someone to swim, perhaps.]

Option 2

[With a new district available to the public, there are new places to visit. However there are also questions with each new arrival. One may find themselves headed for Saeng Seong's town hall and government buildings in search of answers. Whether it be more reasons for why they're here, or simply looking for an attorney to sue the unnamed scientists that brought you here.

(However, they may be slightly prejudiced to this one. You've been warned.)]

Option 3

[There are certainly a lot of different options for shopping in the city. Perhaps one of the more interesting and eclectic of these options, however, is the outdoor Marketplace in District 3. All sorts of fresh food stalls line the large open area, with different aisles that can be walked down. There's food of all kinds here - fruits, diary, vegetables, and so on and so forth. Some of it will likely be familiar, but other kinds may be so foreign as to be unrecognizable - a orange, seemingly hollow kind of fruit with holes like swiss cheese, for example, or salad greens with leaves the size of heads of pins. You are on a different world, after all.

So wander the marketplace! Discover something new! And perhaps meet other curious people such as yourself...]

Option 4

[Whoops. Looks like you haven't taken the cautionary words of the other NPCs to heart, or maybe you just wanted to take your chances. Either way, the withdrawal symptoms have started and you need to find someone to hug quickly before you get even more sick.]

Option 5

[If there's something else you wanted to play with, that you didn't see here, then have fun with that. You've just arrived in a strange city, after all. There's got to be plenty to explore out and about, not to mention people to meet.]

[She kneels down in front of him, holding out a hand. Gradually, it starts glowing and soon her entire palm is engulfed in a yellow light.]

I have healing magic and I'll be willing to demonstrate it if you wish.

[His other hand, connected to the noninjured shoulder, raises to block hers.]

Little wary of magic users who haven't been vouched for. Can you demonstrate elsewhere?

Fair enough. [Mami stands up, the glow of her hand dissipating.]

Where did your grapple land on?

[She asks, carefully removing the ribbon that's around her neck.]

Uh, yonder.

[He nods in the direction his line had been latched on to, then points to where he originated.]

Between those.

A demo of the healing would also be grand.

Ah... All right. [She nods in response, following where he nodded towards to as she held her ribbon in her hand. At his request for a healing demonstration, Mami gestures with her free hand, conjuring a tea cup and saucer out of thin air. She turns around, kneeling down again so that she can hand the tea to Robin.]

Drink this. You'll feel much better.

[He accepts the teacup and saucer more out of surprise than anything else. He's a little too dumbfounded to ask questions.

But the tea is warm and in a place that encourages human contact, it's hard not to be flooded with memories of his parents and Alfred, mainly Alfred, because he was probably the main reason Dick and Bruce never resorting to injecting coffee directly into their brains.]

No honey?

[The first sip is pretty cautious.]

[She chuckles, the corners of her lips twitch into a smile.]

It has honey.

[She straightens up, turning around to focus on the grapple again.]

I hope it is suited to your tastes.

[With a flick of her wrist, the ribbon she removed from the collar of her costume lengthened and split in different directions, gripping onto the grapple on all sides. With a few tugs, Mami freed the contraption and her ribbons slowly bring it to her, gently placing it on her palms. Said ribbons disappear in a flash of yellow light, replacing the one she removed from her collar earlier. She kneels to Robin's level once more, handing the grapple to him.]

I believe this is yours?

[What is the etiquette for applauding and accepting toys while holding a tea cup? He settles for another sip, which does have plenty of rich honey. And warm in the way that floods the whole body.]

I'm a believer.

I guess this is an unconventional introduction. But thank you. I'm usually more... Competent.

[Mami smiles in response, glad to hear that the boy believes in her abilities.]

You're very welcome. It would seem that you are suffering from the withdrawal symptoms, as the natives would call it.

[He wrinkles his nose, which is as good a confirmation as any.]

I've seen actual withdrawal symptoms. This is nothing. This is pretty grade school, nothing a little bed rest [and more of this tea] won't cure.

Physical contact with someone would alleviate what you are feeling right now...

[beat] Or maybe we shall see to it that your shoulder is healed first?

[He just... stares at her.]

I know a situation where physical contact would make it a thousand times worse, so... you'll understand if I'm. Wary.

I wouldn't need to touch your injury exactly. I just need to know where it is so I can direct my magic there.

Left shoulder.

[He says it warily.]

I know it's not really right to second-guess your intentions this much, but... you are here to help, right?

[Mami kneels down, her hands start to glow yellow as they hover above Robin's shoulder. He might feel warmth traveling through the area, the pain lessening with every passing second.]

[At his remark, she frowns. It would seem like he was someone who doesn't trust people that easily. She could understand why he was being hesitant. She was a stranger to him after all.]

I am here to help. [beat] I don't like seeing people suffer.

I'm not hitting on you or anything, but doesn't most magic need words?

[Chortles.]

I'm sorry to disappoint, but I'm not.

It... depends on what I want my magic to do.

Sounds less like magic, more like high-grade telekinesis. Or reality-warping.

How-- I mean, how familiar are you with the technical aspects of healing shoulders?

My, you're a curious one. If you are asking these many questions, I believe that my magic is working.

Detective, actually, buuut it's a common mistake.

[Smirk.]

Ah... Now it makes sense.

[The glow on her hands start to subside.] And that ought to do it. [Taking her hands back now.] How does your shoulder feel now?

[He rotates it, cautiously.

And when that doesn't hurt, he stands up and tucks himself back, hands planted on the ground into a handstand-- always pushing it.]

So far, so good.

You born with that?

[She stands up, dusting off her skirt while looking over to him performing a handstand.

Hmm... Impressive.]

Born with what? My magic?

[He turns himself back rightside-up to his feet, still rotating the arm cautiously.]

Yeah. Although I imagine some training was involved.

... You're right about me needing to train to use it. But I believe the other details?

[Mami bends her knees and jumps high, landing effortlessly on a street lamp.]

Perhaps I shall tell you another time. I'm sorry I need to cut our meeting short. Farewell.

[One more jump and she's on the rooftop, dashing off into the night.]
