Welcome to the Rekindle Test Drive! Trying to see if a character will fit or work in the setting? Need some interaction samples? Well this meme is for you! Make a post, tag around, and most importantly, have fun! Here's the setting page for those who want to learn a little more about the city itself. Then don't forget to go reserve your character in a week when they open. Here's some prompts to help you get started, if you need it: Option 1 [With summer coming, the water level in the river is starting to go down, exposing some of the riverbank. The Riverside Shack is open late, and its restaurant is pulling out all the stops and offering seafood specials (even though a river is a far cry from an ocean). The rental store, meanwhile, is finally bringing out more of its swimming supplies, inner tubes and pool noodles, and a calmer stretch of the river has been roped off with buoys for swimming. They even have lifeguards chairs set up. Clearly this sort of thing used to be an annual event. It's not quite an ocean beach (quite different actually), but there's still plenty of chance to have fun in the water. Or teach someone to swim, perhaps.] Option 2 [With a new district available to the public, there are new places to visit. However there are also questions with each new arrival. One may find themselves headed for Saeng Seong's town hall and government buildings in search of answers. Whether it be more reasons for why they're here, or simply looking for an attorney to sue the unnamed scientists that brought you here. (However, they may be slightly prejudiced to this one. You've been warned.)] Option 3 [There are certainly a lot of different options for shopping in the city. Perhaps one of the more interesting and eclectic of these options, however, is the outdoor Marketplace in District 3. All sorts of fresh food stalls line the large open area, with different aisles that can be walked down. There's food of all kinds here - fruits, diary, vegetables, and so on and so forth. Some of it will likely be familiar, but other kinds may be so foreign as to be unrecognizable - a orange, seemingly hollow kind of fruit with holes like swiss cheese, for example, or salad greens with leaves the size of heads of pins. You are on a different world, after all. So wander the marketplace! Discover something new! And perhaps meet other curious people such as yourself...] Option 4 [Whoops. Looks like you haven't taken the cautionary words of the other NPCs to heart, or maybe you just wanted to take your chances. Either way, the withdrawal symptoms have started and you need to find someone to hug quickly before you get even more sick.] Option 5 [If there's something else you wanted to play with, that you didn't see here, then have fun with that. You've just arrived in a strange city, after all. There's got to be plenty to explore out and about, not to mention people to meet.]

[ England's reaction is kind of hilarious to him but Spain doesn't like the idea of having to solve his own problem now so he pursues England a bit, grabbing his shoulder to cease his passionate stompage. ]

[huff! he hates that the others don't think he takes food seriously, because he does! he's always curious about different flavor combinations and techniques and loves learning about new cuisine. someday he'll be the best chef ever! then he'll work with Gordon Ramsay side-by-side. that's his dream.

Ramsay's cursing and telling England to give up is only reverse-psychology, right? to help England get better?]

[anyway enough about England's food-boner for Gordon Ramsay dream! he's kind of exhausted, but even that little touch on his shoulder gives England enough energy to turn and give Spain a dirty look]

Give me one good reason why I should do this for you. And know that a bribe isn't a good reason.

Though, Spain has to admit that he did feel a little surge of PASSION the two times he touched England and now he's gonna do it again just to test it so have fun having Spain's hand palming the top of your head.

Handholding has never given him such conflicting feels before. ]

[he inwardly flinches when Spain moves his other hand. but it feels too good to let go. England was so weak earlier. now it looks as though the color of his face is returning. he's even smiling... well, smirking, but playfully. haha this feeling probably won't last, but it's alright for now, until Spain something that ticks him off]

Oh, no. I understand enough. I learned a little Spanish because of you, and I've heard you blather on enough.

[ Okay, now he's going to start paying attention to the fact that their handholding has been taken to a whole new level. ]

Speaking of blathering, is this some of your weird magic?

Hm? [blinks at the subject change] Is what? Learning Spanish?

No, that would be giving you too much credit.

[ Glances down and motions at their lovingly clasped hands. ]

This. Not that I don't like sharing a passionate moment with you.

[slowly looks down. and then yanks his hand away. why'd you have to bring attention to it? now he's all blushy and flusterred. feelings are hard]

I-It's not me! This... This is because of th-the city! This place!

[ Aw man, now his hands are cold... ]

Really? It makes you soft and warm?

It... Touching gives everyone energy. Y-y-your... your hand was... warm... too...
